Job summary

BMO Financial Group in the United States seeks a senior Relationship Manager to serve high-net-worth clients, delivering integrated banking, investment, and planning solutions in a single client experience.

You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, develop client plans, conduct annual reviews, and drive growth through cross-selling while ensuring compliance and risk controls in a dynamic wealth management environment.

Qualifications

• Typically 7+ years of relevant experience with HNW/UHNW clients and wealth management.
• MBA and/or CFP preferred, with broad knowledge of bank products and services.
• Post-secondary degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary Relationship Manager for assigned HNW/UHNW client relationships.
• Lead and contribute to creation of relationship plans, financial plans and reviews.
• Drive growth through cross-selling and deepening client relationships.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams to deliver integrated banking, investment, and planning solutions.
• Conduct annual client reviews, assess progress toward objectives, and adjust strategies.
• Produce client reports and dashboards to demonstrate value and monitor risk.
