Key responsibilities include account administration, preparing client presentations, and collaborating with financial professionals.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Economics, proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and excellent communication skills. The role offers a base salary between $60,000–$70,000 plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Interest in pursuing advanced degree or professional certification (CFA, CFP, etc.) preferred.
• High energy and self-motivated, thriving in an entrepreneurial environment.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation and maintenance of clients’ investment and financial plans.
• Coordinate account openings, transfers, and portfolio administration.
• Prepare customized client meeting materials and reports.
