Job summary

Crawford Thomas Recruiting seeks an experienced UH-60L OFT Maintenance Technician II/III in Florida. You will perform onsite maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on training simulators, ensuring fully mission-capable status while following technical manuals and PM schedules.

The role requires prior military experience and TADSS maintenance expertise, with strong problem-solving, documentation, and coordination skills to align with customer and government schedules.

Qualifications

• Experience with UH-60L-related maintenance and aviation TADSS is required.
• Able to read and follow maintenance manuals, schematics and procedures.
• Strong problem solving and written/interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate with leadership and customer management on schedules.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and sustainment to ensure UH-60L OFT availability for training.
• Onsite maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and component replacement on simulators.
• Maintain FMC condition per applicable requirements and PM procedures.
• Follow technical manuals, PM checklists, and data for maintenance tasks.
• Support FRACAS activities for TADSS and report issues.
• Maintain documentation, logs, and ISTS entries for work orders.
• Coordinate with customer and government reps to align schedules.
• Plan, execute, and document maintenance to avoid training interference.
