Tyonek Native Corp in Virginia is seeking a skilled aircraft mechanic to perform UH-60 L/M maintenance and related structural repair tasks. You will troubleshoot, replace components, and ensure compliance with maintenance manuals while maintaining logs and supporting upgrades.

The role requires a strong background in aircraft systems, tool proficiency, and the ability to work with engineers and technicians to deliver aircraft on schedule. U.S. citizenship and an A&P or equivalent is preferred.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• FAA A&P certificate desired.
• 5+ years UH-60 A/L experience.
• 15T course graduate or equivalent.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite.
• Familiar with AR 95-20 / DA PAM 738-751 / AR 700-138 and applicable manuals.
• Own tools and tool control per AR 95-20 and SOPs.

Mansioni

• Maintains, repairs and modifies aircraft structures and engines of complex to extreme difficulty.
• Maintains and repairs aircraft components including flight controls, engines, hydraulics, pneumatics, fuel systems and mechanical components.
• Use technical knowledge of airframe and power plant systems to determine malfunctions and restore operation.
• Interpret blueprints and manuals to solve complex problems.
• Utilize aircraft tools and test equipment to verify repairs and adjustments.
• Provide technical support to engineers and customers.
• Prioritize workload to meet delivery schedule and update logs.
• Provide guidance to lower level technicians during modifications and maintenance.
• Other duties as assigned
