Job summary

Vali Inc. in Alabama seeks a UH-60 A/L Maintenance Test Pilot to perform flight tests, assess performance and airworthiness after maintenance or modifications, and support flight test programs.

The role requires conducting readiness inspections, completing maintenance forms, and ensuring systems meet requirements, with emphasis on safety and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of aviation experience, preferably UH-60 maintenance/test flight.
• Minimum of 1,000 hours PIC time, including at least 300 hours in a similar aircraft.
• FAA Commercial Pilot or Airline Transport Pilot certificate with appropriate category, class and type ratings.
• Graduate of Army Maintenance Test Pilot Course OR completion of an equivalency evaluation conducted by the Directorate of Evaluation and Standardization

Responsibilities

• Performs flight readiness inspections and completes required maintenance forms and aircraft logbooks.

The UH-60 A/L Maintenance Test Pilot (MTP) utilizes flight test techniques to perform aircraft test flights, evaluate performance and handling, and determine airworthiness following maintenance or modifications.

Physical Demands:

• Must be physically able to perform duties and responsibilities of the classification.
• Must be able to work with required materials without debilitating irritation to skin, eyes or respiratory system while wearing the required personal protective equipment.
