Job summary

TalentPluto, Inc. is hiring a UGC Lead to own creator-led growth for a fintech/crypto platform designed to broaden access to major financial markets.

You will translate complex financial concepts into clear, credible content, partner with creators and internal teams, and build scalable programs that drive awareness, trust, and user adoption in a fast-moving startup.

This fully remote role offers high ownership, fast impact, and close collaboration with a global marketing team.

Qualifications

• Experience in UGC, creator partnerships, content-led growth, social growth, or related fields.
• Strong storytelling instincts and the ability to simplify complex products.
• Creator-native sensibility; ideally you have created content yourself.
• Deep familiarity with internet culture and digital distribution.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-moving startup environment.
• Exposure to finance, crypto, fintech, or other technical/regulated products is strongly preferred.
• Comfort operating in a high-ownership, high-autonomy role.

Responsibilities
