Role Description

We are looking for the newest member to join our content team. This is a remote and contract role based in the United States. The UGC Content Creator will be responsible for starring in, pitching, and filming content for our YouTube channel and other social platforms. This role will include attending weekly virtual meetings with our strategy team, ideating video concepts for execution, and writing video scripts/outlines for filming.

The ability to speak in front of the camera with a strong, energetic presence is key for this role and should be demonstrated in your provided portfolio link and/or other relevant social links that are required to be considered for the role.

This is not a social media managing, video editing, or social strategy position.

Qualifications

• Experience in short-form content creation
• Proven ability to create engaging, authentic, and relatable narrative content (a robust portfolio of sample work is essential)
• Excellent creative storytelling abilities, with an emphasis on entertaining and kids-focused content
• Strong writing and creative skills for developing engaging content tailored to different audiences and platforms.
• Ability to analyze performance data, identify trends, and adjust strategies to optimize engagement and reach.
• Collaborative and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with social media trends and best practices in digital marketing is a plus.
• A passion for toys, entertainment, and creating imaginative content that resonates with kids
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is preferred but not required.
