Plushie Pals is seeking imaginative content creators to bring our toys, plushies, and characters to life on social media. This behind-the-camera role focuses on short-form content for TikTok and YouTube Shorts, with opportunities to contribute to longer YouTube videos.

You'll develop original concepts, stage scenes, film with thoughtful framing, and edit footage to strengthen storytelling. The ideal candidate has humor, timing, and the ability to work independently from idea to finished video.

• Experience creating content for TikTok, YouTube Shorts, or similar platforms.
• Practical filming and video-editing skills.
• A strong sense of humor, visual storytelling, and timing.
• Resourcefulness with props, sets, and everyday materials.
• Ability to work independently from idea to finished video.
• Patience and attention to detail when staging scenes and capturing the right shot.

The role focuses on short-form content for TikTok and YouTube Shorts, with opportunities to contribute to longer YouTube videos.

What you’ll do

• Develop original video concepts built around toys, plushies, and characters.
• Create simple stories and visual jokes that hold viewers’ attention.
• Stage scenes, arrange props, and move toys and plushies to bring characters to life.
• Film content with thoughtful framing, lighting, backgrounds, and camera movement.
• Edit footage using pacing, sound effects, music, and captions to strengthen the story.
• Adapt social trends into playful, family-friendly videos
• Collaborate with the creative team, respond to feedback, and keep projects organized.

What we’re looking for

• Experience creating content for TikTok, YouTube Shorts, or similar platforms.

Experience with toy videos, puppetry, stop-motion, miniature sets, or product photography is a plus, but not required! We’re especially interested in people who can make an ordinary object feel like a character.

Compensation$70,000-$130,000

• Offers are determined individually based on your skills and experience.
