What You’ll Do

As a UGC Content Creator, you’ll work closely with our creative and media teams to produce native-style short-form video ads (primarily TikTok and Instagram Reels) that drive real conversions. You’ll be the face and voice behind engaging content that connects with viewers and compels them to take action.

Key Responsibilities

• Film and edit TikTok-style UGC videos and photo content tailored to each brand’s identity
• Follow creative briefs while injecting your unique style and ideas
• Set up effective scenes using optimal lighting, angles, and framing
• Collaborate with the team on storytelling, scripting, and campaign concepts
• Stay on top of social media trends, formats, and platform updates
• Deliver content consistently and on schedule—no matter what

Requirements

• Prior experience creating TikTok or Instagram UGC-style content, either for brands or your own audience
• Ability to self-produce videos from ideation to final cut
• Strong understanding of what makes content go viral or convert
• Reliable, resourceful, and able to hit deadlines consistently

Nice-to-Have

• Experience working with e-commerce or DTC brands
• Familiarity with hooks, CTAs, and performance-driven content structures
• Confidence being on camera and creating different personas or moods
