Job summary

BJAK is hiring a UGC/Content Creator to produce TikTok, Reels and Shorts content on-site or hybrid in Malaysia. The role focuses on fast-paced, relatable videos edited on CapCut or InShot, with the candidate acting as the face of videos.

You will collaborate with the Marketing team to ride trends and grow BJAK’s social presence. A Bachelor's degree and 1–3 years in social media content creation are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, multimedia, digital media, or related field.
• 1–3 years’ experience in social media content creation or a similar creative role.
• Proven track record of high-performing short-form content (TikTok, IG, YouTube).
• Hands-on experience in short-form video production, from concept to editing.
• Strong grasp of social media algorithms, trends, and audience behavior.
• Excellent time management and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative storytelling skills with an eye for visuals and tone consistency.

Responsibilities
