DNAM Brands seeks a full-time UGC/Affiliate Manager to grow and optimize our affiliate programs across a portfolio of fashion brands—including Von Dutch, Ed Hardy, Valentino Orlandi, Allbirds, Badgley Mischka, and more. You will recruit creators, manage partnerships, and coordinate content to align with brand goals on TikTok and Instagram.

Based in Beverly Hills or willing to commute to our office, you will work closely with Marketing and Creative teams to drive revenue, ROAS, and scalable

Competenze

• 2–4 years of experience in UGC, affiliate, or influencer marketing.
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and creator ecosystems.
• Experience managing affiliate platforms and performance tracking.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Mansioni

• Manage and scale the UGC and affiliate programs across social and e-commerce platforms.
• Recruit, onboard, and nurture creators, affiliates, and brand partners.
• Develop briefs, track deliverables, and ensure content aligns with brand voice and goals.
• Monitor performance, optimize campaigns, and report on KPIs and ROI.
• Collaborate with creative, social, and paid teams to repurpose high-performing content.
