Job Description

• Responsible for enhancing the customer service experience.
• Duties include, but are not limited to the following:
• Performing field checks and inspecting job sites.
• Determining, documenting and communicating job site readiness.
• Constant communication with all stakeholders.
• Coordinating job planning and completion dates to meet scheduled timelines.
• Completing all associated paperwork and electronic reporting.
• Dispatching and assigning jobs.
• May be required to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Many jobs sites will need to be coordinated simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Travel may be required.
• May work alone for long periods of time.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Must follow all safe work practices.
• Must have 3 years of related experience, 5 years preferred.

• Skilled in using computer software such as Microsoft Office, and customer software programs.
• Advanced skills in effective communication.
• Working knowledge of distribution system mapping.

• Valid Texas Driver License.

Preferred Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent. Additional formal or occupational education focused on electrical services and construction is preferred.

Physical Requirements

Must be able to stand for long periods of time on varied surfaces. Must be able to move freely, including ability to stoop, crawl, and bend at the knees and waist. May be required to work long and unpredictable hours. Position requires working outdoors in all types of weather. Must be able to pass pre-employment physical, psychological, skill, and drug testing as required.
