Job summary

Primoris Services Corporation is seeking entry-level general laborers in Florida to support trenching, excavation, pipe laying, and related tasks at job sites. The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and on-the-job training to advance skills.

You will assist with material handling, operate basic tools under supervision, and participate in safety programs while contributing to site preparation and restoration activities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions, including lifting heavy objects, bending, stooping, and standing for extended periods.
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions from experienced personnel.
• Possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record (preferred, may be required for some levels).
• Strong commitment to safety and adherence to all safety regulations.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
• Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
