Job summary

Maania Consultancy Services is seeking a highly experienced, DoD-cleared Windows administrator to join our team at Fort Meade. The role focuses on troubleshooting, deploying, and managing Windows systems, with extensive work in Microsoft Intune for device migrations and application packaging.

The ideal candidate has strong PowerShell scripting skills, excellent communication, and proven experience working with stakeholders to translate requirements into status updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree with required experience as stated.
• Active DoD Secret clearance is required.
• Experience troubleshooting and administering Windows operating systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and acute attention to detail.
• Experience migrating users and desktops to Microsoft Intune.
• Experience packaging applications using Microsoft Intune.
• Experience writing and troubleshooting PowerShell scripts.
• Experience working with customers and stakeholders to interpret requirements and report status.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills including customer service.
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
• Current IAT Level II Certification such as Security+ or CISSP.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree and 8-12 years of prior relevant experience performing the activities described above; or Master’s degree with 6-10 years of prior relevant experience
• Active DoD Secret clearance
• Demonstrated experience troubleshooting and administering Windows operating systems
• Strong problem-solving skills and acute attention to detail
• Experience migrating users and desktops to Microsoft Intune
• Experience packaging applications using Microsoft Intune
• Experience writing and troubleshooting Power Shell scripts
• Experience working directly with customer and other stakeholders to interpret requirements / feedback and report status
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including customer service skills
• Familiarity with the Atlassian suite, including Jira and Confluence
• Current IAT Level II (or higher) Certification such as Security + or CISSP
