Job summary

Maania Consultancy Services LLC in Quantico, VA is seeking a MECM / SCCM Engineer for a full-time onsite role requiring an active Top Secret clearance. The candidate will work in a DoD environment, ensuring MECM/SCCM operations, security hardening, and RMF/ACAS evidence support.

Required qualifications include 3+ years in enterprise Windows environments, IAT Level II certification, and hands-on experience with MECM/SCCM, AD, GPO, PowerShell, and virtualization.

Qualifications

• Must be within investigation scope and/or currently enrolled in Continuous Evaluation / Continuous Vetting.
• Must possess and maintain a current DoD 8570/8140 IAT Level II baseline certification (e.g., CompTIA Security+ CE, CySA+, GSEC, SSCP, or CCNA-Security).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in systems engineering, infrastructure engineering, or senior systems administration in an enterprise Windows environment.
• Hands-on experience with MECM/SCCM and/or Intune, Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, virtualization, and PowerShell scripting.
• Experience developing engineering documentation (requirements, designs, test plans, change packages) and executing changes through formal Change Management.
• Experience applying DISA STIGs, working with ACAS/Nessus results, and supporting RMF control implementation and evidence collection.

Clearance: Active Top Secret

Requirements:

• Must be within investigation scope and/or currently enrolled in Continuous Evaluation / Continuous Vetting.


• Must possess and maintain a current DoD 8570/8140 IAT Level II baseline certification (e.g., CompTIA Security+ CE, CySA+, GSEC, SSCP, or CCNA-Security).


• Demonstrated ability to work independently, analyze problems, determine the appropriate course of action, and exercise discretion and independent judgment with limited day-to-day supervision.


• Minimum of 3 years of experience in systems engineering, infrastructure engineering, or senior systems administration in an enterprise Windows environment.


• Hands-on experience with MECM/SCCM and/or Intune, Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, virtualization (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V), and PowerShell scripting.


• Experience developing engineering documentation (requirements, designs, test plans, change packages) and executing changes through formal Change Management.


• Experience applying DISA STIGs, working with ACAS/Nessus results, and supporting RMF control implementation and evidence collection.


• Understanding of IP networking, VDI, and endpoint security concepts sufficient to design and troubleshoot integrated solutions.
