Job summary

KeHE Distributors, un distribuidor de propiedad de los empleados de productos naturales, orgánicos y frescos, requiere personal para un puesto de almacén a tiempo completo. Se valorará experiencia en UDR, conteos cíclicos y manejo de equipos PIT.

El candidato trabajará en un entorno de almacén, con turnos de lunes a viernes y horarios nocturnos. Se valorará capacilidad de comunicarse con equipos y clientes internos, además de seguir prácticas seguras y eficientes.

Qualifications

• Diploma de Educación general (D.E. o equivalente)
• Disposición para horas extra
• Experiencia en almacén deseable
• Capacidad para levantar hasta 34 kg (75 lb)

Responsibilities

• Gestión completa del ciclo UDR desde recepción hasta disposición.
• Uso diario de Outlook y Excel; comunicar incidencias al Supervisor de Almacén.
• Conteo cíclico; precisión objetivo 98%.
• Experiencia en PIT - VHP, Reach Truck, Picker.
• Comunicación eficaz con clientes internos y externos sobre órdenes.
• Cumplir con prácticas seguras y asistir en proyectos especiales.

Funciones esenciales

• Will be responsible for the full cycle UDR
• Must have computer experience - Microsoft Outlook and Excel required
• Cycle Counting
• PIT Experience - VHP, Reach Truck, Picker
• Communicate issues and action taken / needed with Warehouse Supervisor daily.
• Respond timely to requests for data or correspondence from files as requested within an appropriate time frame.
• Research inventory issues conveyed through company hotline, and compile error information spreadsheets.
• Communicate effectively with internal customers in regard to orders processed.
• Interact with all levels of workforce, including management.
• Other duties and special projects as requested.
• Must maintain good attendance.
• Maintain safe work practices.

Responsabilidades primarias

UDR process ownership

— End-to-end management of the UDR lifecycle from receipt through disposition, including daily rack audits, tracking file maintenance, aged case review, and escalation with documented recommendations.

Cross-functional coordination

— Primary IC point of contact for Supply Chain, Supplier Management, and DC Operations; owns proactive outreach cadences and partner follow‑up to prevent cases from aging beyond 30 days.

Cycle count execution

— Daily scheduled and walk‑off counts targeting 98% accuracy, self‑managed around UDR standard work priorities.

Must have PIT experience - VHP, Reach Truck, Picker

• Related warehouse experience is highly preferred.

• Ability to communicate well with internal and external customers and management.
