Job summary

KeHE Distributors busca un empleado para turno nocturno en Aurora, CO. El puesto es a tiempo completo con salario por hora de 23.25 a 25.00 USD.

Se requieren experiencia en Outlook y Excel y conteos cíclicos, manejo de PIT (VHP, Reach Truck, Picker) y comunicación diaria con el supervisor. Ofrecemos beneficios tras 30 días, seguro médico, dental, visión, 401(k), días de licencia con sueldo y otras coberturas.

Qualifications

• Diploma de secundaria o GED requerido.
• Debe poder trabajar horas extra cuando sea necesario.
• La experiencia en almacenes relacionada es muy valorada.

• Capacidad para cumplir metas bajo plazos ajustados.
• Capacidad para comunicarse bien con clientes internos y externos y la dirección.

Responsibilities

• Será responsable del ciclo completo de UDR.
• Conteo cíclico.
• Experiencia PIT - VHP, Reach Truck, Picker.
• Comunicar problemas y acciones tomadas/necesarias al Supervisor de Almacén diariamente.
• Responder a solicitudes de datos o correspondencia de archivos en un tiempo razonable.
• Investigar problemas de inventario reportados por la línea de atención de la empresa y compilar hojas de datos de errores.
• Comunicación efectiva con clientes internos respecto a pedidos procesados.
• Interactuar con todos los niveles de la fuerza laboral, incluida la gerencia.
• Otras funciones y proyectos especiales a petición.
• Mantener buena asistencia.

Funciones esenciales

• Will be responsible for the full cycle UDR
• Must have computer experience - Microsoft Outlook and Excel required
• Cycle Counting
• PIT Experience - VHP, Reach Truck, Picker
• Communicate issues and action taken / needed with Warehouse Supervisor daily.
• Respond timely to requests for data or correspondence from files as requested within an appropriate time frame.
• Research inventory issues conveyed through company hotline, and compile error information spreadsheets.
• Communicate effectively with internal customers in regard to orders processed.
• Interact with all levels of workforce, including management.
• Other duties and special projects as requested.
• Must maintain good attendance.
• Maintain safe work practices.

Responsabilidades primarias

UDR process ownership

— End-to-end management of the UDR lifecycle from receipt through disposition, including daily rack audits, tracking file maintenance, aged case review, and escalation with documented recommendations.

Cross-functional coordination

— Primary IC point of contact for Supply Chain, Supplier Management, and DC Operations; owns proactive outreach cadences and partner follow‑up to prevent cases from aging beyond 30 days.

Cycle count execution

— Daily scheduled and walk‑off counts targeting 98% accuracy, self‑managed around UDR standard work priorities.

Must have PIT experience - VHP, Reach Truck, Picker
