Job summary

Northwest is seeking an UDAAP Analyst in Columbus, OH to support the Responsible Banking group. You will analyze Unfair, Deceptive, or Abusive Acts or Practices (UDAAP) risk across the organization, assist with investigations, root cause analysis, and remediation efforts under the direction of senior compliance leadership.

Key responsibilities include testing controls, assisting with audits, and communicating risk findings to business units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business, economics or related field.
• CRCM Certificate or professional equivalent, or willingness to achieve Upon Hire.
• 5-6 years general banking experience and compliance related experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in analyzing UDAAP compliance risks across business units.
• Support identification of control gaps and potential compliance weaknesses.
• Perform basic testing of controls designed to mitigate UDAAP and compliance risk.
• Assist in root cause analysis of complaints and management self-identified issues.
• Assist in issue remediation efforts.
• Gather data for compliance reports/reviews and audits.
