Job summary

Barry Isett & Associates seeks ICC/PA UCC Certified Code Specialists to perform inspections and plan reviews for commercial and residential properties for clients across eastern PA. Full-time or part-time positions available with municipal clients in the Central PA/Harrisburg region.

Inspections help beautify the community and uphold safety standards, with career advancement, education opportunities, and a supportive, inclusive workplace.

Qualifications

• Multiple ICC/PA UCC Commercial certifications and a willingness to continue training.
• Valid driver’s license and the ability to travel to client sites.
• Ability to establish and maintain professional working relationships with our clients and other Isett associates.
• Demonstrated skills in organizing resources and establishing priorities.
• Plan review certification/experience a plus.
• Candidates will be encouraged to obtain additional certifications.
• Ability to work independently/remotely.
• Ability to obtain Act 34, 151 and 114 clearances as needed for residential inspections.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections and plan reviews for commercial and residential properties for clients across eastern PA.
• Travel to client sites and work with municipal clients in Central PA/Harrisburg area.
• Collaborate with Isett associates to maintain safety and quality standards.
• Support ongoing professional development and certification efforts.
