Job summary

Barry Isett & Associates Inc is seeking ICC/PA UCC Certified Code Specialists to perform inspections and plan reviews for commercial and residential properties in Columbia/Montour counties and surrounding areas. The role offers opportunities to work with clients, maintain strong communication, and contribute to community-impact projects.

Qualifications

Multiple ICC/PA UCC Commercial certifications; residential certifications considered
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to client sites
Strong written and verbal communication; ability to work with clients and colleagues
Organize resources and establish priorities
Plan review certification/experience a plus
Willingness to obtain additional certifications
Ability to work independently/remotely
Ability to obtain Act 34, 151 and 114 clearances as needed for residential inspections
