Job summary

Barry Isett & Associates, Inc. seeks ICC/PA UCC Certified Code Specialists to perform inspections and plan reviews for commercial and residential properties in Monroe/Lackawanna counties and surrounding areas.

Ideal candidates will deliver excellent customer service, communicate effectively, and work independently, including remote work when appropriate; travel to client sites is required. This role supports community-focused projects across the Mid-Atlantic region.

Qualifications

• ICC/PA UCC certifications required; willingness to continue training
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel
• Plan review experience a plus
• Ability to work independently/remotely
• Ability to obtain clearances (Act 34, 151, 114) as needed

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections and plan reviews for commercial and residential properties in Monroe/Lackawanna counties and surrounding areas
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional client relationships
• Travel to client sites as required
