College Admissions Made Possible is seeking a UCA GEAR UP Success Coach to guide middle school students toward college readiness. The position is on-site at UCA GEAR UP partner schools, with responsibilities including teaching, assessment, and program coordination.
You will build strong relationships with school staff, plan lessons, and keep records, working independently to support student success. Associate degree pursuit and strong communication are essential.

Length of Contract: SY26-27
Compensation: $20+ per hour
GEAR UP stands for Gaining Early Awareness and Readiness for Undergraduate Programs and is a federally funded partnership between University of Central Arkansas and Little Rock, Jacksonville North Pulaski, Pine Bluff, Pulaski County, and Hope School districts surrounding Little Rock, Arkansas. As part of the UCA GEAR UP grant, our company will be working with 6th and 7th grade students this year in an early college advising series designed to promote academic success and raise college awareness.
CAMP is a Birmingham-based company that has been serving the educational community in Alabama since 2009. We believe every student who is eager to learn should have access to higher education. Our team brings over 150 years of experience in education to the table to provide schools a suite of services designed to improve student academic achievement. We are proud to partner with UCA GEAR UP this academic year.
As a Success Coach, you will play a crucial role in guiding middle school students on the path to college. We are seeking energetic individuals with a proven track record of success in college. In this role, you will help design and execute programming with students in diverse academic environments. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to engage students in a classroom setting and keep accurate records, ensuring impactful contributions to our mission to support students pursuing higher education opportunities.
