Job Summary

Responsible for providing subject matter expertise on the design and implementation of complex data network and voice solutions for business class customers. Works as a collaborative member of the sales team to market and sell the company's product lines. Provides insights to customers on current network solutions. Works closely with account executives on presentations and the technical design of new sales. Has in-depth experience, knowledge, and skills in own discipline. Usually determines own work priorities. Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities:

  1. Design UC solutions for the customer that meet their business applications, as well as assure disaster recovery situations and appropriate accommodations for future growth.
  2. Translate complex technical design requirements into information that customers can understand and respond to.
  3. Support the Sales team with product modifications and engineering expertise for custom projects.
  4. Ensure deployments provide strategic and cost-effective solutions, making suggestions when needed.
  5. Serve as Subject Matter Expert on Business Class UC Products.
  6. Exercise independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  7. Maintain regular, consistent, and punctual attendance. Ability to work nights, weekends, variable schedules, and overtime as necessary.
  8. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Salary

Pay Range: $88,920.00 - $165,308.00 (Colorado)

Targeted Commission: $50,000

Our sales programs offer potential for significant earnings above targets for overachievement.

Additional Information

Base pay is part of Total Rewards, with most sales roles eligible for commissions and non-sales for bonuses. Education
