Job summary

General Atomics Systems Integration, LLC (GA-SI) is seeking an experienced UAV Pilot to join the Aero Services Division. This role coordinates ground and flight operations, serves as PIC, and delivers instructional flight training.

The position supports CONUS/OCONUS deployments with a flex rotation and competitive deployment compensation. The successful candidate will meet FAA UAV principles, possess a current instrument rating, and have PIC hours.

Qualifications

• Four-year technical degree or trade school equivalent required.
• Five or more years of UAV operation or aviation experience.
• Detailed understanding of UAV and FAA principles.
• PIC experience with 500+ hours.
• Ability to travel CONUS and OCONUS deployments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate ground and flight operations including mission planning and debriefing.
• Pilots UAVs as Pilot-in-Command and provides in-flight instruction.
• Ensure compliance with FAA regulations and company procedures.
• Develop procedures for new aircraft features and safety training.
• Represent the organization with military and commercial customers.
