Job summary

Platform Aerospace seeks a UAV Pilot II-III to support ground and flight operations of a UAS during stateside and overseas missions. The pilot will function as either Pilot-in-Command or Flight Engineer as part of a two-person team, ensuring safe operation and mission success.

This role requires up to 100% travel (CONUS/OCONUS), DoD Secret clearance with Top Secret eligibility, FAA Class II Medical, and experience with Piccolo or Quattro flight controllers.

Qualifications

• Pilot in command experience and flight hours.
• 2-5 years relevant experience; 500+ PIC hours.
• Security clearances required (DoD Secret; Top Secret eligibility).
• FAA Class II Medical clearance required.
• Willingness to travel CONUS/OCONUS up to 100%.

Responsibilities

• Plan flight operations per customer requirements.
• Conduct pre-flight, in-flight, and post-flight checks.
• Remote pilot UAS; execute flight plans or adaptations.
• Support overseas operations for extended deployments.
• Conduct customer flight demos; assist training materials.
