Qualifications

• Part 107 pilot with 3+ years of drone flight experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and technical leadership abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with customers.

Responsibilities

• Direct and mentor the customer support engineers to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
• Provide timely updates to customers and maintain transparency.
• Develop and maintain customer technical documents and service bulletins.
• Serve as technical lead for product troubleshooting and system integration.
