Job summary

Qualifications

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
  • 7+ years of experience assembling electro-mechanical products and drone systems.
  • FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate mandatory for flight testing.
  • IPC J-STD-001 soldering qualification.
  • Experience with calibration of gimbals, compasses, and IMUs.
  • Able to handle small components with hand tools and measurement equipment.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble and configure UAV products per established specifications.
  • Configure flight control software using Mission Planner.
  • Perform in-process quality checks and functional tests prior to delivery.
  • Install and update internal drone software to meet design standards.
  • Calibrate gimbals, compasses, and IMUs.
  • Conduct precision soldering and micro-miniature board repairs using a microscope.
