Job summary

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on field operations, manufacturing, or test experience.
• Military/defense experience as pilot/operator, network tech, or maintainer in avionics/GNC/Electrical.
• Understanding of flight operations, aircraft systems, and sensors.
• Ability to perform data-driven root cause analysis using logs.
• Experience with cross-functional engineering teams and external customers; reconcile opinions.
• Comfort with programming languages (Python, Rust, MATLAB) in terminal/server contexts.
• IP Networking: troubleshooting and design experience.
• Radios: MANET, SATCOM, backhaul systems understanding.
• Deployment experience in operational settings.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% including deployments up to two months.
• Able to work extended hours.
• Eligible for US Top Secret security clearance.
• Health/medical deployment readiness as per relevant regulations.
