Job summary

Vkore Solutions is seeking a seasoned UAT Lead to manage end-to-end testing for complex, integrated projects in a fast-paced environment. You will oversee UAT planning, develop test artifacts, and coordinate cross-functional teams through releases.

Qualifications

8+ years in UAT/test lead roles on complex, integrated projects.
Understanding of sales processes in consumer channel environments is preferred.
Experience with Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, and Iterative release methods.

Responsibilities

Facilitate end-to-end UAT for releases from development to production.
Create and maintain test automation for UAT features.
Manage end-to-end UAT activities, coordination, and test result communications.
Lead cross-functional teams on each Release project and mentorship of other PMs.
Review requirements to ensure testability and develop test plans, cases, and scripts.
Create and maintain UAT data, metrics, and risk communications.
Coordinate smoke testing and PROD refreshes; align master data flows.
