A leading technology firm in Seattle is seeking a UAT Lead for Telecom projects. You will manage the UAT planning and execution, develop test strategies, and collaborate with business users and product owners. Ideal candidates have over 8 years of QA experience, with at least 3 years in UAT roles. This contract position offers an opportunity to work within the Telecom sector in a Mid-Senior level capacity.

Job description

Duration: 6+ Months

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the UAT planning, execution, and reporting phases for Telecom and Satellite communication projects.
• Collaborate with business users, product owners, and solution architects to define UAT scope, entry/exit criteria, and acceptance criteria.
• Develop UAT test strategy, test plans, and test cases based on business and functional requirements.
• Ensure test environments, test data, and connectivity align with Telecom and Satellite system requirements.
• Provide test execution status reports and UAT sign-off recommendations to stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of overall QA/testing experience, with at least 3+ years in UAT leadership roles.
• Prefer prior experience in Telecom and Satellite communications.
• Experience with running UAT programs between product and engineering.
• Experience with order management and fulfilment.
• Hands-on experience in functional, integration, and end-to-end testing within Telecom/Satellite domains.
• Experience with defect management tools (e.g., JIRA, HP ALM, Azure DevOps).
