Job summary

Wipro Limited in Sunnyvale seeks a Test Lead to manage end-to-end UAT for complex, highly integrated projects, with strong knowledge of release and change management, Agile/Scrum, and test automation frameworks.

You will lead cross‑functional teams, develop test strategies, create test plans and scripts, coordinate data and environments, and report UAT metrics to ensure a smooth path from development to production.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in testing leadership roles.
• Experience leading UAT on complex, highly integrated projects.
• Strong understanding of release and change management processes (Agile/Scrum, Waterfall).
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce platform is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate successful release of system enhancements from development to production.
• Manage end-to-end UAT activities including test process management, team coordination and reporting.
• Lead cross-functional teams and coach other PMs on release planning and execution.
• Develop test strategy, plans, cases, scripts and reports across multiple projects.
