Job summary

The Themesoft Inc UAT Lead position in Sunnyvale, CA is a contract role focusing on leading User Acceptance Testing for complex, integrated solutions. The candidate will own end-to-end UAT activities, drive test strategy, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure release readiness.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in UAT/test leadership, strong knowledge of sales operations, and hands-on Salesforce experience within an Agile/Waterfall environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of UAT test lead experience for complex, integrated projects.
• Understanding of sales and sales operations processes in consumer channels.
• Knowledge of Release/Change Mgmt across Agile, Waterfall, and Iterative environments.
• Hands-on Salesforce platform experience.
• Understanding of test automation framework design models and best practices.
• Solid project management approaches and lifecycle awareness.
• Strong verbal and written communication at all levels.
• Ability to facilitate lessons learned with business and IS&T groups.
• Experience with teams outside the U.S.
• Customer-focused, detail-oriented, and able to work in ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate successful release of system enhancements from development to production.
• Create release processes and docs to minimize customer impact during changes.
• Manage end-to-end UAT activities including test process management and results communication.
• Lead cross-functional teams to support each Release project plan and post-Release review.
• Coordinate with project team to understand business requirements and ensure testability.
• Develop test strategy, plans, cases, scripts and reports for multiple projects.
• Create and manage UAT data and dashboards with metrics (SLAs/KPIs).
• Document and communicate UAT risks to PM and stakeholders.
• Coordinate smoke testing, environment planning and PROD refreshes.
• Triage issues with IS&T and business partners to drive closure.
