Pixie Services is seeking an experienced UAT Lead to manage User Acceptance Testing across Salesforce and ServiceNow workstreams for an IT Modernization Program. You will lead planning, scheduling, and business sign-off, developing test scenarios and coordinating diverse teams to ensure quality releases.

The ideal candidate brings 7+ years in software testing, strong stakeholder management, and excellent communication skills to navigate multiple projects and dependencies within a complex

Qualificações

• 7+ years of experience in software testing, QA, UAT, or enterprise application delivery.
• Proven experience leading UAT for enterprise implementations or transformation programs.
• Salesforce and/or ServiceNow implementation experience strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead UAT planning, scheduling, execution, and business sign-off.
• Develop test scenarios, scripts, and testing standards.
• Coordinate business users, SMEs, QA teams, project managers, and implementation partners.
• Manage defect tracking, triage, retesting, and resolution.
• Monitor testing progress, risks, and dependencies and report status to leadership.
• Support release readiness and go/no-go decisions across multiple workstreams.
