Alldus is seeking an experienced Test & UAT Lead to oversee UAT across Salesforce and ServiceNow within a large IT modernisation programme. • Own UAT strategy, planning, scheduling and execution across Salesforce and ServiceNow.
• Establish standardised testing processes, templates, entry/exit criteria and sign-off procedures.
• Coordinate business testers and SMEs during testing cycles.
• Develop and validate end-to-end UAT scripts and test scenarios.
• Manage test environments, data, resources, schedules and tester readiness.
• Lead daily testing activities and coordinate issue resolution and retesting.
• Provide regular updates on progress, risks and defects to programme leadership.
• Escalate issues affecting testing or release timelines as needed.
• Secure formal business acceptance and release readiness decisions.
• Maintain an integrated testing calendar across Salesforce and ServiceNow workstreams.

We are seeking an experienced Test & UAT Lead to oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) across Salesforce and ServiceNow workstreams within a large-scale IT modernisation programme. The successful candidate will manage UAT planning, execution, defect resolution, release readiness and business sign-off, working closely with project managers, business stakeholders, technical teams and implementation partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Own UAT strategy, planning, scheduling and execution across Salesforce and ServiceNow.
• Establish standardised testing processes, templates, entry/exit criteria and sign-off procedures.
• Coordinate business testers and subject matter experts (SMEs) throughout testing cycles.
• Develop and validate business-focused test scenarios and end-to-end UAT scripts.
• Manage test environments, data, resources, schedules and tester readiness.
• Lead daily testing activities, monitor progress and coordinate issue resolution.
• Oversee defect triage, prioritisation, remediation, retesting and closure.
• Track testing progress, risks, dependencies and defects, providing regular updates to programme leadership.
• Escalate issues affecting testing completion or release timelines.
• Secure formal business acceptance and support release readiness and go/no-go decisions.
• Maintain an integrated testing calendar across Salesforce and ServiceNow workstreams.

Key Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in software testing, QA, UAT or enterprise application delivery.
• Proven experience leading UAT for large-scale enterprise implementations or transformation programmes.
• Experience with Salesforce and/or ServiceNow implementations strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of UAT, functional, regression, integration and end-to-end testing.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience coordinating business, IT and third-party teams.
• Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent releases and workstreams.
