Job summary

Qualifications

• Active DHS or Top-Secret clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree in information systems, business, or related discipline.
• Minimum of three (3) years as a Business Analyst or similar.
• Experience gathering and refining requirements with stakeholders and technical SMEs.
• Experience documenting requirements in user story format.
• Experience writing test scenarios and/or test cases based on user stories.
• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather and refine requirements with stakeholders, business users, and technical SMEs.
• Document requirements as user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Create requirements traceability matrices.
• Support estimation, prioritization, and release of user stories.
• Plan, coordinate, and support UAT activities.
• Develop UAT test scenarios and test cases based on business requirements.
• Work with end users to execute tests and document results.
• Support 508 compliance considerations during requirements definition.
• Contribute to program deliverables, including weekly status reports, monthly progress reports, and stakeholder briefings.
• Develop and maintain process flows, SOPs, and reports to track system metrics.
