Job summary

MANTECH in Oahu Hawaii seeks motivated UAS Robot Integration Trainers to join our team. You will develop instructional materials for unmanned aircraft systems and robotic platforms, and maintain standards to ensure training remains accurate and relevant.

You will coordinate training assessments, integrate autonomous platforms into theater logistics, and create SOPs for expeditionary environments, while mentoring junior staff and aligning with Mission Partners on interoperability.

Qualifications

• Drafts and develops instructional materials for unmanned aircraft systems (UAS) and robotic platforms.
• Maintain current knowledge of industry standards for autonomous systems to ensure training relevance and technical accuracy.
• Prepare and distribute training assessments to monitor progress of personnel undergoing integration certification.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates the integration of autonomous platforms into theater logistics distribution networks in the Pacific AOR.
• Develop and maintain training SOPs tailored to the employment of UASs in expeditionary and contested environments.
• Prepare technical status updates for training events and coordinate with Mission Partners to validate robotic system interoperability.
• Takes direction, guidance, and mentoring from more senior staff.
