Job summary

CACI International Inc. is seeking a UAS Red Team Pilot to operate COTS UAS platforms, support mission planning and sensor/payload operations, and train aircrew. The role requires deployment to the CENTCOM AOR for 6–12 months, rotating with others.

Responsibilities include launches/recoveries, pre/post-flight checks, and conducting independent red-team analysis. Candidates must have an active Secret clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI and related military/UAS experience.

Qualifications

• Experience prerequisites across education levels: BA/BS with 0–3 years, or AA/AS with 4 years, or HS/GED with 6 years.
• Experience with COTS multi-rotor and fixed-wing UAS platforms (hobbyist UAS).
• Active Secret security clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI.

Responsibilities

• Assist with DoD UAS policies and procedures.
• Aircrew training and document/flight jacket monitoring and updates.
• Launches and recovers the air vehicle; conducts pre-flight and post-flight checks.
• Travel CONUS/OCONUS on short notice for threat information dissemination.
• Coordinate with national/international intelligence agencies to develop data sharing and trend analysis.
