Job summary

COLSA seeks a Program Control Analyst to support budgeting, forecasting, cost tracking, and performance reporting for Unmanned Aerial Systems programs in Madison, Alabama. You will partner with program leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial planning and informed decision-making.

This on-site role requires 5–8 years of experience in program controls or related fields, strong Excel skills, and US citizenship. Degree in accounting/finance or related field preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Program Management, Operations, or related field.
• 5–8 years of related experience in accounting, program controls, or financial analysis.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, cost tracking, financial analysis, scheduling, and program performance reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate data into insights for leadership.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and coordinate across functions.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Office applications.
• U.S. citizenship and successful completion of a background check.

Responsibilities

• Supports program planning with budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, and resource planning.
• Maintains program budgets, forecasts, and financial projections with functional teams.
• Monitors costs, schedules, and performance against plans; identifies trends and risks.
• Tracks labor, materials, travel, and other costs to support planning and analysis.
• Develops and maintains program status and financial reports for leadership.
• Provides timely analysis of cost, schedule, and performance to support decisions.
