Job summary

COLSA is seeking a Program Control Analyst to support budgeting, forecasting, cost and schedule performance, and program reporting for UAS programs in Madison, Alabama. The role collaborates with leadership and cross-functional teams to drive informed decisions.

The candidate will monitor costs and schedules, develop financial projections, and deliver reports and dashboards to program leadership. A background in accounting, finance, or program management is preferred, with strong Excel skills

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
5–8 years of direct experience in accounting, program controls, or related functions.
Experience with budgeting, forecasting, cost tracking, and program performance reporting.
Experience with aerospace/UAS manufacturing programs preferred.
Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to provide actionable insights.
Proficiency with Excel and MS Office; ability to work across teams.

Responsibilities

Supports budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, and performance monitoring for programs.
Develops and maintains budgets, forecasts, and resource plans in coordination with teams.
Monitors costs, schedules, and performance; identifies trends and risks.
Tracks labor, materials, and other costs to support planning and analysis.
Prepares status reports, dashboards, and performance presentations for leadership.
Collaborates across program, business, technical, and operational teams to gather data.
