KBR seeks a highly qualified Group 1-3 UAS Air Vehicle Pilot to support UX-24 at NAWCAD, Webster Outlying Field, Maryland. This hands-on UAS operator role conducts operations for CUAS, autonomy, and RDT&E with a multidisciplinary team of engineers, operators, and government customers.

Initial duties include flight operations, ground-control station work, and mission prep. Eligible candidates will have relevant UAS flight hours, unit experience, and the ability to obtain a security clearance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 500 hours of relevant UAS flight experience with Group 2/3 UAS.
• Experience in complex military, test, training, or operational environments.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance.

Responsabilités

• Operate Group 1-3 UAS as an Air Vehicle Pilot/Operator for CUAS and RDT&E activities.
• Perform internal and external UAS flight ops, GCS duties, mission prep, launch/recovery.
• Support mission planning, risk-management, airspace coordination, post-flight debriefs.
• Serve as an instructor for UAS operators when qualified, supporting training.
• Assist integration, configuration, troubleshooting, and minor maintenance of UAS equipment.
• Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and government customers to meet test objectives.
