Job summary

The role centers on configuration management for a diverse fleet of prototype, pre-production and production aircraft and ground equipment, integrating emerging tech and maintaining asset records. Under supervision with limited review, you will coordinate with flight operations, test operations, program office and engineering, and resolve engineering

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's/PhD in engineering with progressive engineering experience.
• Understanding of engineering concepts, principles and safety/regulatory compliance.
• Ability to learn quickly and apply new concepts in evolving environments.
• Excellent communication, documentation and interpersonal skills; work independently or in a team.
• Willingness to work extended hours and coordinate across remote CONUS flight operations.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Supports operation of engineering systems by evaluating needs and developing approaches.
• Applies technical knowledge to analyze, investigate and resolve engineering problems.
• Documents findings and implemented solutions; may present technical results.
