Job summary

Easy Aerial seeks a Field Service Representative to deploy unmanned aerial systems, train users, and provide front-line support at client sites. You will integrate autopilot hardware, sensors, and ground control stations, conducting flight tests for R&D and QA.

The role requires 3+ years in flight testing or UAS development, FAA Part 107 certification, and strong data analysis. Expect variable hours and on-site work in Brooklyn/MA.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in flight testing or UAS development.
• Proficiency with ArduCopter, including parameter tuning, mission planning, and log analysis.
• Hands-on experience with UAS assembly, integration, and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of aviation regulations and airspace procedures.
• Strong data analysis and technical reporting skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work safely in dynamic field environments and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams.
• Certification as a Federal Aviation Administration Part 107 Remote Pilot.

Responsibilities

• Deploy systems and deliver hands-on training with ongoing technical support.
• Configure and tune ArduCopter parameters; integrate autopilot components.
• Plan and execute flight tests; ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
• Collect and analyze flight data; report results and recommend modifications.
• Communicate progress, risks, and results to stakeholders.
