Qualifications

2+ years of logistics operations experience in field environments.
Proven field procurement and resource coordination.
Ability to troubleshoot real-time operational and logistical challenges during field activities.
Experience supporting international field operations, including customs/regulatory compliance.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

Plan and execute logistics for field operations, including transport of test hardware and personnel.
Arrange domestic and international shipping/receiving of UAS components and equipment.
Deliver pre-deployment safety briefings and TTP training.
Enforce safety and logistics protocols during field operations.
Assist in post-manufacturing flight acceptance checklists.
Support flight operations with the Flight Ops team.
Document and report engineering observations and business insights from tests.
Troubleshoot issues in real-time to ensure mission success.
Coordinate field procurement for testing resources.
