Job summary

Zipline is seeking Aviation Maintenance Technicians who have sound judgment, excellent interpersonal skills and high standards. Success will require attention to detail, a safety-oriented attitude, flexibility, and enthusiasm for cutting‑edge technology.

You will perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on Zipline aircraft, collaborating with engineering, flight operations, and field teams to address issues and maintain reliability.

Qualifications

• Basic engineering knowledge: mechanical, electrical and software.
• Experience with precision work using hand tools.
• Safety-sensitive role requiring pre-employment and random drug and alcohol tests.
• Willingness to travel 80% during first month of employment.
• Ability to work shift schedules including days/evenings/weekends.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. and able to receive FAA Repairman Certification.

Responsibilities

• Execute scheduled and unscheduled aircraft maintenance programs.
• Ensure aircraft conform to CAMP and GMM and FAA regulations.
• Collaborate with engineering, flight operations, and other teams to solve problems.
• Travel within the service area to perform on-site maintenance.
• Maintain accurate aircraft maintenance records and document work.
• Meet continuing training requirements to maintain certifications and qualifications.
