Job summary

RTX is seeking a Principal Engineer as the Site Operations and Technical Services IPTL for the UAE THAAD program. The role balances cost and schedule while ensuring compliance with contract requirements and deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) required.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of UAE THAAD site operations and technical services across all functional groups.
• Coordinate maintenance planning & execution, fly-away teams, reach back engineering support, and FRACAS events.
• Engage with customers and senior stakeholders; monitor program status and drive risk mitigation and opportunities.
