Job summary

Lockheed Martin is seeking a Lead THAAD Motor Pool Maintenance Advisor in the UAE with extensive field maintenance leadership. The role oversees daily plans, schedules, and technical direction for UAE-owned THAAD assets, while developing UAE personnel toward independent task execution.

Qualifications

MOS/skillset as required for field maintenance lead on wheeled vehicles.
5+ years supervisory experience at field level maintenance.
Experience with THAAD launcher chassis and related equipment is preferred.
Proven ability to manage schedules, QA/QC, and safety compliance.
Active security clearance is required.

Responsibilities

Lead maintenance management for UAE THAAD motor pool; develop plans and balance workload.
Direct troubleshooting, validate requirements, and enforce procedures.
Oversee inspections, readiness reporting, and parts coordination.
Mentor UAE personnel and deliver structured OJT; ensure safety and quality.
