Zurich 56 Company Ltd is hiring a UA Associate for the Direct Markets team in Overland Park. This hybrid role will support experienced Underwriters in risk analysis and policy decisions. Responsibilities include evaluating risk exposures, account servicing for new and existing clients, and responding to client inquiries. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and strong analytical and communication skills. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits are offered.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree with no prior experience in relevant fields.
High School Diploma or Equivalent and 2+ years in relevant fields.
Knowledge of data collection and analysis.
Responsibilities
Review and summarize risk exposures for underwriting decisions.
Follow instructions for policy quoting and issue.
Provide account servicing support for new business and renewals.
Respond to inquiries under supervision.
Support Underwriter with basic customer interactions.
