Perform inspection of standard and routine parts, processes and purchased materials to determine compliance with the specifications. Assist Inspectors by retrieving Tools and taking them to various work centers. When not moving Tools around the various work centers, learning from leads in other works centers to gain valuable experience.
Receives assignments and general instructions from supervisor but may receive assistance and guidance from higher classified inspectors.

This is a Union Represented position.
High School Diploma or GED. Willingness to learn more about manufacturing and work in a manufacturing environment. US Citizenship required.
Tech/trade school completion or 2-year Associate’s degree in related technical subject. 1 year experience in manufacturing including the use of standard measuring instruments or equivalent. Experience working Inspection in a manufacturing setting. Basic understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
