McKernan Packaging Clearing House is hiring an Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative to join our Sales team in a dynamic, in-person setting. The role focuses on high-volume outbound calls and follow-up emails to secure large packaging orders.

Ideal candidates will have 2+ years of aggressive inside sales or customer service experience, strong communication skills, and a proactive, results-driven attitude. We offer comprehensive benefits and on-the-job training.

Position Summary:
We have an immediate opening for an energetic, highly motivated Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative to join our Sales team. This position will be responsible for making high volume outbound cold/warm calls and sending follow-up emails to companies with the goal of selling large quantities of packaging. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated, driven entrepreneurial individual with an aggressive, sales-oriented mentality.

Key Responsibilities:

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Shift: 8-hour shift, Monday through Friday

Work location/setting: In-person
