Job summary

Travere Therapeutics in San Diego, CA is seeking a Vice President, U.S. Patient Access to lead the end-to-end patient access platform across the commercial portfolio, ensuring patients access, initiation, and continuation of therapies.

You will oversee payer management, field access, contracting, rebates, government reporting, hub and patient services, and affordability programs, partnering with Sales and Franchise to translate product strategies into access execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive biopharmaceutical experience with patient access leadership.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen, including budgeting and gross-to-net considerations.
• Proven ability to collaborate across commercial, medical, finance, legal and compliance functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead U.S. Patient Access organization, setting vision, operating model and performance expectations.
• Own portfolio access performance, analytics, service quality and resolution of access barriers.
• Lead payer management, field access & reimbursement teams and patient-start support.
• Translate product strategies into access execution; partner with Sales for demand conversion.
• Oversee hub services, affordability programs, specialty pharmacy, trade and distribution.
• Oversee contracting, rebates, government price reporting, gross-to-net support, and budget.
• Maintain vendor governance, compliance, audit readiness and risk management.
• Collaborate on field alignment, reporting, data infrastructure and integrated CRM.
• Build scalable capabilities for launches and portfolio growth.
